Witnesseth: That the said parties of the farst15art, for and inconsideration of
lite sum of FIVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY ($550.00) DOLLARS,
Gold Coin of the United States of America, to them in hand paid by the said
fiarty of the second part, the receibt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
by these presents grant, bargain and sell, convey and confarnn, unto the said 15art Y
of the second part, and to its &&xxasdiussigns forever, all that certain real
15roperty situate in the City of Redl ands and County of San Bernardino,
State of California, and particularly described as fallows.-
That portion of Lot thirty --eight (38) of the LOMA VIWTA TRACT, as
the said Tract appears of record in the County Recorder's office
County of San. Bernardino, State of California and which portion is
described as follows,to Wit: -

(27.7 ) along the dividing line between lots thirty-seven (37) and

remainder and remainders, rents, issues andprofits thereof.
