We, Sallie L. Ford and H. H. Ford, her husband, both of the City
of Redlands, County of San pernardino, State of California, for and in con-
sideration of Ter_ Dollars, ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
DO GRANT to the (city of Redlands, a municipal incorporation existing
under the laws of the State of California, all of Lot marked Fourtuen (14) in
green ink as shown upon the plitof the Alvarado Street assessment district of
the said City of Redlands, a copy of which is on file in the office of the
County Recorder of San Bernardino County, Stabeof California; said lot being
more particularly described by rates and bounds as follows; to -wit:
Cormnenc�ing at a point on the boundary line between lots Forty-one (41)
and Forty-two (42) of the Lorna Vista Tract as per map of record in said San
Bernardino County; One Hundred and twenty-three and five tenths (123.$)
feet from the easterly lino of said Lot Forty-two (42); thence Twenty-six and
five tenths (26.5) feet westerly; thence Fifty (50) feet northerly and parallel
to Grant Street; thence Twentyesix and two tenths (260) feet easterly along
the northerly line thence Fifty (50) feet southerly to the point of beginning.

foregoing instrument, and they severally acknowledged to me that they executed
the same.

ty of San Bernardino, State of California, in relation to the
title to that certain real property described as follows, to wit:

.I VISTA TRACT, as per plat recorded in Rook 15, of Flaps, page 31,
of the l;�ecords of said County, described as follows:- beginning
can the boundary line between Lot Forty --one (41) and said Lot
Forty-two (42), one hundred and twenty-three and five tenths
(122.5) feet from the Facterly line of said Lot 42; thence West-
erly along said boundary line twenty-six and five tenths (26.5)
feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot Forty-two (42 );
thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said Lot 429 fifty
(50) feet to the North-west corner thereof; thence Easterly
along the Wortborly line of said Lot Forty-two (42). twenty-six
