A strip of land beginning on the easterly line of Lot Six (6)
in Bloch "I", according to the gecond Preliminary Uap of Redlands,
at the intersection of the so erly line of Fern Avenue; thence
southeasterly along the easterly line of said lot Six (6) six
hundred and ten (610) feet to the southeasterly corner of said
Lot Six (6) ; thence southT ebte .ly al&ng the southerly line of
said Lot Six (6) fifty-- —oneZ, o feet; thence northwesterly and
parallel to said easterly line of said Lot Six (6) six hundred
and ten (610) feet to the southerly line of Fern Avenue; thence
easterly along said line fifty—five'ao . feet to the point of
beginning, the same being designated as Lot Seven (7) on the
City Engineer's Map of land to be taken for Alvarado Street in
said City of Redlands.
The granters expressly reserve front this grant the crop of
oranges now growing upon the trees on said land, vi-i th the right
to enter upon the said land and to gather and re�.ove the said
crop at any time prior to the First day of April, 1908, and also
the right to transplant such of the trees now growing upon said
land, prior to said_ date, as they may desire to transplant. They
also reserve the westerly row of orange trees on said land, to
be retained as sidevialk treest, and the successive crops, that
may grow thereon to be the property of the said grantors, their
heirs and assigns, provided that the grading of the said street
and sidewalk will permit of the regaining of said row of trees
without interfering with said grade.
Together with all and singular the tenements. hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging. or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions. remainder and remainders.
rents, issues and profits thereof.
