MMW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, J. W. 3-arth, unmarried, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
p;rant to the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the
State of California, that strip of land, for a public alley,
situate in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as the Easterly Six (6) feet, of
the Westerly Sixteen (16) feet of Lots Four (4) and Five (5),
according to the may of the East Half (1/2) of the East Half
(Q) of the North Half (1/2) of Lou Twenty-eight (28), Block
Seventy-seven (77), Rancho San Bernardino, of record in the
office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino Count;,
California.

Halsey W. Allen, a notary public in and for the County of San
Bernardino, State of California, residing therein, duly

executed the same.
