KTiOW ALL NEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, Kirke H. Field and Myra H. Field, his wife,
for and in consideration of the stain of Ten Dollars ($10.00),
and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, do grant to the City of Redlands, a
municipal corporation of the State of California, that certain
strip of land, to be used for a public alley, situate in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows, to -wit:

Beginning at a point Three Hundred T;frenty (320)
feet West of a point in the West line of Orange Street in said
City of Redlands, as said line is now located and recognized,
which last mentioned ,point is distant Northerly from. the
North line of Central Avenue (formerly Water Street), in said
City, az said line is now located and recognized, Nine Hundred
Fifty-two and four -tenths (952.4) feet; thence, at, riff t angles,
South One Hundred Fifteen and two -tenths (115.2) feet to the
North line of Stuart Avenue; Uence, at right angles, Fast
along the North line of Stuart Avenue Sixteen (16) feet; thence,
at riEft angles, North One Hundred Fifteen and two -tenths
(115.2) feet; thence, at rigit angles, West Sixteen (16) feet
to the place of beginning; being otherwise desigAated as,
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot numbered
Fourteen (14), as shown on map of the Subdivision of the Fast
Half (1/2) of the East Half (1/4) of the North Half (l/w) of
Lot Twenty-eiSht (28), Block Seventy-seven (77), Rancho San
Bernardino, on record in the office of the County Recorder of
said San Bernardino County; thence South along; the West line
of Lots Fourteen (14) and. Fifteen (15) , One Hundred Fifteen
an.l_'wo-tenths (115.2) feet to the North line . of Stuart
Avenue; thence, at right a Sles, East along the North line of
Stuart Avenue Sixteen (16) feet; thence, at right angles,
