of mort,ge dated February 9, 1907, and recorded in the office
of the Counter Recorder of San Bernardino Counts, in Book 173
of Mortgages, at pare 118, Fehr"ary 13, 1907, did, for the
consideration therein mentioned, mortgage the premises therein
described to L . F. Hall; and.
WhERFAS, the said L. F. Hall, on June 5, 1907, did
assure said mortga,Ee to C. T. Prate, of the first part; and
TPEREA-S, the party of the second part is the owner
of the portion of said mortgaged premises hereinafter described,
and desires to have the same released and discharged from the
lien of said mortgage:

said C. P. Crain-, party of the first rapt, in conAderation
of the sum of One Dollar P1.00), and other valuable considera-
tion, paid by the party of the second part, the receipt, of
