parallel with Franklin Avenue through Lots 1, 29 3 and 4 , Block
14',Man No. 2 Redlands Heights, to the EastpTly line of Garden
Street, produced.
Said eight of tray being, more particularly -defined upon a
plan for the construction of said storm ditch and drain on file
in the office of the City Engineer of said City, to which refer-
ence Is he3-eiby made.
