The above entitled action coming on regularly this day
hearing, upon the motion of plaintiff for a final order of
condemnation, and it appearing to the Court that, in pur-
suance� of the final j uderient rendered in said action, by
this Court, for the recovery by the defendant from F a.in-
tiff of the sum of W.14, as the value of the property
soia&A to be condemned in said action, and for the recovery
of defendant's costs, the amount of said judgment and costs
has been duly paid to said defendant, and that said plain-
tiff is entitled to a final, order of condemnation of the
land sotF,ht 'o be condemned.
Now therefore, by reason of the prewises and in pur-
suance of lair, i, is by the Court ordered mid adj u.dged,
that said plaintiff have and recover from said defendant,
.and that there is hereby appropriated to said plaintiff, the
'follosing described lots of land situated in the County of
San Bernardino, State of California, viz; Dots One (1) and
No (2) cif the lands to be taken for the opening and extension
of !"est State street, in said City of Redlands, as shown and
designated on flat of the assessment district for said ex-
tension, a copy of which said Plat is on file in the office
of the Recorder of said County of San Bernardino, and that
said lots of 1wid are so conCIteff;ned and appropriated for the
purpose of the opening and extension Of "lost State street,
in said City of Redl&nds.
