Witnesseth: That the said part y of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sun of DOLLARS,
Gold Coin of the United States of America, to in hand paid by the said
Party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
by these presents grant, bargain and sell, convey and confirm, unto the said parr
of the second part, and to heirs and assigns forever, all that certain real
Property situate in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, and particularly described as follows:
A right of vray to lay and maintain a thirty (30) inch vitri-
fied pipe line
across Lot Seven (7) in
Block "F" of

Preliminary Map
of Redlands, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point ninety three (93) feet south of the south
line of Fast Fern Avenue measu-ed along the east bank of a certain
storm ditch now existing upon the ground; thence south 780 52' Fast
306.15 feet to a point; thence South 770 31' Fast 1,19.86 feet to
a point in the center of said storm ditch where it twines from a
northwesterly course to a northerly course.
It is understood that'the foregoing description represents
the center line of said right of way for said pipe line and that
the same extends diagonally across the orchard of the party of the
first parallel with two rows of orange trees; and that in laying
said pipe line, said city shall excavate a trench at least five
(5) feet in depth upon and along the line of stF.'=es set therefor
by the City Engineer of said City and that said pipe to be so laid
shall be of first grade in -quality and shall be carefully laid and
in accordance v�ritlh specifications for the laying of sewers in said
City.
It is further understood that in the granting of said right
of gray, Viat said city shall cause the back filling of said trench
to be done with care and that the dirt shall be thoroughly settled
so the surface of t',e ground s"lall be left in a condition
acceptable to said grantor, and any surplus dirt that may remain
after such filling is so done, shall be removed by said city from
said orchard if so required by said grantor.
Together with. all and singular the tenevnents, hereditaments and apl5urtenances
there -unto belonging or in any wise abbertaining, and the reversion and reversions,
rainainder and remainders, rents, issues and-rofits thereof.
To Have and to Hold, all and singular the said premises, together with
the apj5zcrtenances, unto the said fart of the second 15art, and to its
heirs and assigns forever.
