DO HEREBY GRANT, bargain and sell unto the City of Redlands, in the
County of San Bernardino, and State of California, a right of way
for a public road or street, forty (40) feet wide across the South
quarter of Section No. Fifteen (15) in Township One (1) South, of
Range Three (3) West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City
of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, and State of California,
said road to be located as
Twenty (20) feet thereof on the West side of the 5.1,2 of S.E.1/4
of said Section No. Fifteen, and Twenty (20) feet thereof on the
East side of' the S.1%2 of the S.W.1/4 of said Section No.15.
