D. 1824, providing, for the openinL W extending of West, State Street, in said City, having, made their assessment, of benefits and dahagas, herewith rescechfilly submit, to your honorable Body the following; report thereof accompanied by a plat of tha assessment district - showing the lands to he taken for said improvement, and the lards assessed therefor, which said plat, is hereto attached.
