We, A. M. Pennington and W. S. Webster, for
and in consideration of the acceptance and use
by the second party herein of the premises that are
hereinafter described, as part of the public street
known as Center Street and the benefits to accrue to
us from such use by said second party,
Do Grant to The City of Redlands, County of
San Bernardino and State of California
All that real property situate in The City of Redlands County
San Bernardino, State of California
bounded and described as follows:
Bring a strip of land
Eight feet (8 ft.) in width off of the north-
Easterly side of Lot number Eight (Lot No 8)
in Block "P" Redlands Survey according
to the Second Preliminary Map thereof on file
in the Recorders office in and for San Ber-
nardino County, State of California.
Said strip of land being that next adjoining
the south-westerly side of Center Street, and
the south westerly boundary of said strip being
Thirty-Eight feet (38 ft.) from the centre line of
said Center Street.
The object of this Deed is to widen Center
Street from Sixy feet (60 ft.) to Seventy-six feet
(76 ft.)
