I, E.J. Waite, for and in consideration of
the acceptance and use by the second Party
herein of the premises hereinafter described as
part of the public street - known as Center St.
and the benefit to accrue to me from such use by said second
party
Do Grant to The City of Redlands in San-
Bernardino, County, State of California.
All that real property situate in the City of Redlands, --- County of
San Bernardino, State of California, bounded and described
as follows: A Strip of Land Eight-(8) ft. in width off of the
South-westerly side of lot= five (5) in ---
Blk II Redlands Survey, according to hear (?) thereof on
file in the Recorders office in for San Bernardino County-
California Said Strip of Land bring that next-adjoining
the North-Easterly line of Center St. The NorthEasterly
boundary of Said STrip is Thirty Eight (38) ft. from
the Center line of Center St. and parallel with
Center St.
Also, a Strip of land Eigh- (8) ft in width
off of the North-easterly side of lots 1 1/2) + (8 1/4) (8 3/4)
in Blk Q Redlands Survey according to
plat thereof on File in Recorder's office, in and for
San Bernardino County of California, said Strip of Land
bring that next adjoining the southwesterly
line of Center St. the southwesterly
boundary of said strip in Thirty Eight (38) ft
from the center line of Center St.
The object of this deed is to widen Center
St. from Sixty-(60) ft. to seventy-six (76) ft

On this tenth day of June A.D. one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-nine, before me, John B. Campbell.

state aforesaid, residing in said County

known to me to be the person described in and whose name is subscribed to the
within Instrument, and acknowledged to me that he executed the same.
