I, E. A. Tuttle, for and in consideration of the
acceptance and use by the second party herin
of the premises hereinafter described as part of
the public street known as Center St. and
the benefits to accrue to me from such use by said second
party
Do Grant to the City of Redlands, in San Bernardino
County, state of California,
All that real property situate in the City of Redlands, County of
San Bernardino, State of California, bounded and described
as follows: a strip twelve (12) ft. in width off of
the southwesterly side of lot four & three quarters
(4 3/4) in Block J. Redlands survey, according
to the plat thereof on record in the County
Recorder's office, in and for said county, said
strip of land bring that next adjoining the
northeasterly line of Center Street. The North-
easterly boundary of the above described strip is forty
two (42) ft. from center of Center St. and said strip is parallel
with Center St.
Witness my hand this 17th day of May,

eight hundred and eighty-nine, before me, John B. Campbell a
Notary Public in and for said County and

within Instrument, and acknowledged to me that he executed the same.
