I - W. C. Butler, for and in consideration of
the acceptance and use by the second party herin
of the premises hereinafter described as part of
the public street known as Center St. and
the benefits to accrue to me from such use by said
second party,
Do Grant to the City of Redlands, in San Bernardino
County, state of California,
All that real property situate in the City of Redlands, County of
San Bernardino, State of California, bounded and described
as follows: a strip twelve (12) ft. in width off of the
northeasterly side of lot one (1), in block R. Redlands
Redlands survey, according to plat thereof on file in Recorder's
office of said county - said strip of land bring that
next adjoining the southwesterly line of Center
St. The southwesterly boundary of the said strip
is forty two (42) ft. from center line of Center
St. and said strip is parallel with Center St.
Also, a strip twelve (12) ft. in width off of the southeast
fifty (50) ft. of lot one + one half (1 1/2) in Block R. Redlands
survey, bring a continuation of the first named strip. The
object of this dees is to widen the southwest half of
Center St. from thirty (30) to fortytwo (42) ft.

eight hundred and eighty-nine, before me, John B. Campbell

within Instrument, and acknowledged to me that he executed the same.
