I - Augustus Isbell, for and in consideration of the
acceptance and use by the second party herin of the premises
hereinafter described as part of the public street known as
Center St. and the benefits to accrue to me from such use by said
second party,
Do Grant to the City of Redlands, in San Bernardino
County, state of California,
All that real property situate in the City of Redlands, County of
San Bernardino, State of California, bounded and described
as follows: a strip of land eight (8) ft. in width
off of the southwesterly side of lot four + three
quarter (4 3/4. om Block I, Redlands survey,
according to plat thereof, on file in the
Recorder's Office in and for San Bernardino
County, California. Said strip of land
bring that next adjoining the northeasterly
line of Center Street. The northeasterly boundary
of said strip is thirty-eight (38) feet from the
center line of Center Street, and parallel with
Center Street. The object of this deed is
to widen the northeast half of Center Street
from thirty (30) feet to thirty eight (38) feet.

On this eleventh day of June A.D. one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-nine, before me, John B. Campbell, a
Notary Public in and for the County and state aforesaid
and residing therein
personally appeared Augustus Isbell, who is personally
known to me to be the person described in and whose name is subscribed to the
within Instrument, and acknowledged to me that he executed the same.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my Notarized Seal
