We, R. Coupland Thomas and J. Wesley Morgan, for and
in consideration of the acceptance and use by the
second party herein of the premises hereinafter described
as part of the public street known as Center St. and
the benefits to accrue to me from such use by said second party,
Do Grant to the City of Redlands, in San Bernardino
County, state of California,
All that real property situate in the City of Redlands, County of
San Bernardino, state of California, bounded and described
as follows: a strip twelve (12) feet in width off of
the southwesterly side of lot four and one quarter (4 1/4)
in block J. Redlands survey, according to
plat thereof, on file in Recorder's office of said
county; said strip of land bring that next
adjoining the northeasterly line of Center Street.
The northeasterly boundary of said strip is forty two (42) ft.
from center of Center St. and said strip is parallel
with Center St.
The object of this deed is to widen the
noutheast half of Center St. from thirty (30) to fortytwo (42) ft.
WITNESS our hands this 11th day of June
