4 same to be used for highway purposes, towit;-
5 The Westerly Twenty (20) feet of Lot Nine (9) Block 4,
6 Lugonia Heights, as per plat thereof of record in the office of
7 the County Recorder of said San Bernardino County; also the
8 Westerly Twenty (20) feet of the alleyway fori-.nerly existing
9 (nova closed) between Lots Nine (9) and Sixteen (16) of said
10 Block 4 of Lugonis, Heights.
11 Also the Southerly Fifteen (15) feet of Lot Thirty --one (31)
12 Block "A" of Bennetts Subdivision as per plat thereof of record
