MY PREVIOUS INSTRUCTIONS IN THE ABOVE NUMBERED ESCROW ARE HEREBY MODIFIED AND/OR
SUPPLEMENTED IN THE FOLLOWING PARTICULARS ONLY:
1. Amended/Supplemented Escrow Instructions dated January 24, 2006, are hereby rescinded.
2 The Performance Date in this escrow is hereby extended to provide for the closing of this escrow ON OR BEFORE May 31,
2006 .
3 The Seller in this escrow is corrected to read:
TONY LOUKA and BRENDA EVANS-LOUKA.
You are authorized and instructed to correct all documents in this escrow over the signatures accordingly.
4. Sellers affirm, on which affirmation you may rely, that TONY LOUKA AND TONY LOUAY LOUKA are one and the
same person.
S. The Easement Deed for Roadway and Utilities Purposes is to provide for grantor being TONY LOUKA, who acquired title
as Tony Louay Louka, and BRENDA EVANS-LOUKA, husband and wife as joint tenants, and is to be executed by Tony
Louka and Brenda Evans-Louka. A copy of the new Easement Deed is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", which document is
hereby approved by Buyer and Seller.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. All parties signing this instruction acknowledge receipt of a copy of same.

EASEMENT DEED FOR ROADWAY AND UTILITIES PURPOSES
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged TONY LOUKA, who acquired title as Tony Louay
Louka, and BRENDA EVANS-LOUKA, husband and wife as joint tenants, hereby grant to the CITY OF REDLANDS,
a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of California, and its successors and Assigns ("City"):
(1) an irrevocable, exclusive,permanent and perpetual easement, together with the
right to forever maintain, operate, improve,alter, relocate, reconstruct, inspect, repair,
occupy and use and otherwise install necessary or convenient appurtenances therefor,
for the construction and maintenance of public and private above ground and
underground utility facilities as determined reasonable or necessary by the City,
together with all rights of ingress and egress; and
(2) an irrevocable, exlusive,permanent and perpetual easement, together with the
right to construct, operate, maintain, replace and renew a street and roadway, and
otherwise install necessary or convenient appurtenances therefor, for street and roadway
purposes, including ingress and egress for vehicular and/or pedestrian and other
traffic;
in, over and under that certain real property ("Easement Area") described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B"
attached hereto.
