Confirming our verbal understanding, it is understood and agreed that you will grant to the
Southern California Edison Company,a corporation,an easement across your property in the following location:
Various strips of land four (4) feet in width
and fifteen (15) feet in width, as shown on the
attached sketch,, within parcels of land bounded
on the south by Redlands Boulevard and on the
east by Marshall Street.
As soon as the correct description can be written,an easement on our form RW 198
a copy of which is hereto attached,will be prepared and delivered to you for execution.
It is understood and agreed that it may be necessary to commence construction upon completion of
the final surveys, prior to the time the formal easement can be prepared and presented to you for execution and
delivery. It is, therefore, understood and agreed that the Southern California Edison Company is granted permission
to begin such construction prior to the execution and delivery of such easement.
