AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AND HOWARD INDUSTRIAL PARTNERS, LLC
This first amendment("First Amendment") to the agreement dated October 18, 2011 (the
"Agreement") entered into by the City of Redlands ("City") and Howard Industrial Partners LLC
('.HIP"), is made this 7th day of February,2012.
RECITALS
WHERE-AS, it is the desire of the City and HIP to amend Exhibit "C," of their existing
Agreement to provide for an additional thirty (30) days for City to perform certain obligations
under the"Schedule of Perfon-nance;"
NOW, THEREFORE, City and HIP agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Item No. 5 of Exhibit "C" of the Agreement, entitled "Schedule of
Performance,"is hereby amended to read as follows:
"5. City to prepare Initial Study and Socio- Within 60 days of Developer's
Economic Cost/Benefit Study and submit for submittal of the Application Package
review to Environmental Review Committee (if the project is deemed complete).
(ERC) for CEQA recommendation and
Measure"U"compliance.
ERC to recommend on Socio-Economic Process is subject to Appendix"A"of
Cost,/Benefit Study and determine if a the CEQA Guidelines."
Mitigated Negative Declaration or FIR will be
required.
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this
First Amendment, and in effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Consultant and City have executed this First Amendment to
be effective as of February 7, 2011.
