WITNESSETH. That the City and the Contractorr, for the consideration
hereinafter named, agree as follows:
1. SCOPE QZ WORK: The Contractor will furnish all materials and
will perform all of the work for the following:
Furnish all materials, equipment and labor to construct all
concrete improvements, relocate street lights, landscaping and
irrigation system and perform all street work required for
realignment of Tennessee Street in accordance with the plans
No. F-1212-1 and these specifications.
2. JU CONTRACT SUDI:
$47,032.50
3 . TjkjE F--QE CQMF-LETjQN-L The work to be completed within
t3j_e.aty-jive (25 ) days excluding Saturdays , Sundays and legal
Holidays from and after the date of commencing the work .
4. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The complete contract includes all of the
contract documents set forth herein, to wit; Notice inviting Bids,
Instructions to Bidders , Proposals and Bid Form, Bid Bond ,
Agreement, Faithful Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bond and
Plans and Specifications and any addenda thereto.
