THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 21,h day of Qj=bSI.

organized and existing under the laws of the State of California,
hereinafter referred to as the "City" and Automated B&Xy
CompAny-j- 2--, Q,_ B-Qx 17, a sole proprietorship of the Community of

hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor" .
WITNESSETH : That the City and the Contractor , for the
consideration hereinafter named, agree as follows:
1. BCM a KQEK_L The Contractor will furnish all materials and
will perform all of the work for the following:
Install two (2) Chain Link Slide Gates at Redlands Municipal
Airport, the east gate to be 201 wide by 61 high and the west gate
to be 151 wide by 61 high. Each gate wil have three (3) strands of
barbed wire on the top. Install two (2) heavy-duty commercial
slide gate operators, 115 volt, single phase. Also, install two
(2) coded card readers to control gate opening. Install four (4)
electronic vehicle detectors with two (2) loop configurations for
each gate. Provide power at the equipment location by installation
of new circuits at existing service panels. Provide one thousand
(1,000) magnetic cards imprinted with sequential numbering.
Further specifications are contained in the Automated Service
Company Proposal for Security Gate System located at Redlands
Airport dated August 21 , 1986, attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
2. = CONTRACT SUM: Total cost, not to exceed! Ten Thousand,
Eight Hundred Fifty Four and 85/100 Dollars ($10,854.85) . City
shall make monthly progress payments based on work completed and
invoices received.
3. TJM-E- F_QR CQMPLETIQN: The work to be completed within Thirty
(30) days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal Holidays from and
after the date of commencing the work.
4. CONTIMC DOCUMENTS: The complete contract includes all of
the contract documents set forth herein, to wit.- Request for
Proposal , Proposal , Agreement , Insurance Certification and
Specifications (as contained in proposal) .
