FOR THE PROVISION OF
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement to provide for the partial
demolishment and reconstruction of the Development Services Department offices ("Agreement")
by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Construction
Maintenance Services ("Contractor"), is made and entered into this 19th day of June, 2014.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Contractor to amend their existing Agreement to
change Article 4 —Payments and Notice pursuant to the Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Contractor agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1: Section 4.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
"4.1 City shall pay Contractor the sum of Twenty Nine Thousand One Hundred Forty Five
Dollars ($29,145.00) as complete compensation for the Services."
All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of July 1, 2014.
