FOR PROVIDING MEDICAL DIRECTOR SERVICES TO REDLANDS FIRE
DEPARTMENT
This first amendment (this "First Amendment") to the Agreement for providing Medical
Director services to Redlands Fire Department dated September 19, 1995 (the"Agreement"I ),by and
between the City of Redlands ("City") and Dr. Phong Nguyen ("Contractor") is made and entered
into this 1.5`h day of March, 2005 by City and Contractor.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Contractor to amend their existing Agreement to
change the scope of services to be provided by Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Agreement between City and Contractor is hereby amended as
follows:
Section 1. Section 2 entitled, "Payment for Services," is amended to read as follows:
"As compensation for Contractor's services hereunder, City shall pay Contractor the total
sum of Fifteen Thousand dollars (S15,000) for any consecutive twelve (12) 'month period."
Section 2. All other sections of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this First Amendment,to be effective as
of March 15, 2005.
