CITY OF REDLANDS AND MAUREEN O'KEEFE HODGE DBA BIRGHT IDEAS, INC.
Amendment 1:
Effective this 17`x' day of September, 2002, the Independent Contractor Agreement
between the City of Redlands and Maureen O'Keefe Hodge dba Bright Ideas, Inc. (dated
March 5,2002) shall be amended as follows:
Section 2 C. Compensation. As compensation for providing management services,
City shall pay Contractor the sum indicated by each grant and the amount of hours stipulated
by each grant which is approved by the Building a Generation Board of Directors. Payment
