Labor and KXctgdaBond hereto annexed, the contractor agrees vviththe ovvne� athis ovvncost and
expense, tOdo all the work and furnish all the material, except such aSare mentioned inthe specifica-
tions to befurnished bvthe owner, necessary tOconstruct and complete inagood, workmanlike and
substantial manner, and to the satisfaction of the owner, and in full compliance with the Contract

ARTICLE 11. And the said contractor agrees toreceive and accept the following prices oafull compen-
sation for furnishing all On8t8r|a|s and for doing all the work contemplated and grnbm8C8d in this agree-,
rnent; also for all /oam or damage, arising out of the nature of the work ohzreaakd, and from the action
of the elements, or from any unforeseen difficulties or obstructions which may arise or be encountered
/nthe prosecution Cf the work until its acceptance bythe owner, and for all risks ofexpenses incurred
byQrinconsequence of the suspension or discontinuance of work, and for well and faithfully complet-
ing the work, and the whole thereof, in the manner and according tOthe plans and specifications, and
the requirements[fthe engineer under them, 1owit:

ARTICLE 111. The owner hereby promises and agrees with the contractor to employ, and does hereby
employ, the said contractor to provide the materials and to do the work according to the terms and
conditions herein contained and referred to, for the prices aforesaid, and hereby contracts to pay the
same at the time, in the manner, and upon the conditions above set forth; and the said parties for
themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, do hereby agree to the full
performance of the covenants herein contained.
ARTICLE IV. The term "Contract,* "Agreement" or "Contract Documents" consists of the Notice to
Contractors; the Airport Development Aid Program Requirements, the Federal Prevailing Wage Rate
Determination, the Instructions to Bidders, the Proposal, the Contract, the Bonds, the General Provi-
sions, the Special Provisions, the Technical Provisions, the Plans, all addenda issued prior to the ex-
ecution of the written agreement, and all modifications thereof. The foregoing documents are com-
plementary and anything required by or called for in one of said documents shall be binding as if it
were called for or required by all of the documents. Should there be any conflict between the terms of
this form and the Bid or Proposal of said contractor, then this instrument shall control and nothing
herein shall be considered as an acceptance of any term of said proposal conflicting herewith.
Any alteration or alterations made in this contract, in the work to be done thereunder, or any part
thereof, shall not operate to release any surety from liability on any bond given pursuant to the provi-
sions of this contract, and the consent of such surety to such alteration or alterations is hereby given.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands on the year and
date first above written.
