1922, by and between 60UT'sHVia' PACIFIC CO4T,A3Y, a corperation, first
party, herein called "Railroad", and CITY 0r REDLAADS, a municipal
corporation of the State of California, second party, herein called
"City",
City desires to construct maintain and ,operate
a vitrified sewer pipe eight (�3) inches in diameter,
encased in four (4) inchee of concrete beneath and
across the tracks of Railroad at that certain public
highway known as Texas 6treet, at Redlands, San
Bernardino County, California, in the location shown
by red lines upon the bluepriet map rtcreto attached
and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREYDRE, it ie mutually agreed by and between the
parties hereto, as follows;
1. Said sewer pipe, encased in four iuehes of concrete,
shall be constructed and maintained beneath the .aaid tracks of
Railroad in a easeful and workmanlike manner, to the satisfaction
of Railroad, and at such depth beneath the ground nurfzece as may
by specified by L4ai1road.
2. Before »erfox ling any work beneath the amid tracks
for the purpose of oonstructin, ae4d inw n11 ing said sever pipe, or
of inspection or maintenance thereof, City :Miall :� i i. ;� Railroad's
,Superintendent at Los Angeles, Oalif;,rnia, in r:ritiu , in advance,
stating the time it is proposed to do said work so that Railroad
will have a,:ipie time in w. rich to nave a representative eritative present when
such worts is being performed.
3. This agree::ien t shall inure to the benefit of and
be binding upon the successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
