This Service Order is entered into this 18th day of February 2014("Effective Date")pursuant to that certain Master
Fiber Lease Agreement setting forth the terms and conditions governing the lease of Customer Fibers by Sunesys to
Licensee dated October 18,2011 (the"Agreement"). Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall
have the meanings set forth in the Agreement.
t. Description of Licensee Fiber Optic Facilities: Two(2)strands of single mode fiber meeting the
specifications set forth in Schedule A-1 attached hereto and terminating at the following Connecting
Points:

2. Schedule of Estimated Completion Dates: March 1,2014
3. License Fee;Payment Terms:
Commencing on March 1,2014 and continuing for sixty(60)months through February 28,2019(the
"Secondary Term"),LICENSEE shall pay to SUNESYS a monthly license fee in the amount of Four Hundred Dollars
($400.00)per month,payable monthly,in advance,on the first day of each month of the Term.
4. Term:
The term of this Service Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date of this Service Order and
shall end upon expiration of the Secondary Tenn. LICENSEE shall have the option to extend the term of this
Service Order for up to three (3) additional terms of(60) months each by giving SUNESYS written notice of its
intent to extend the term at least ninety(90)days prior to the expiration of the term or the then-current renewal term.
5. Additional Provisions:
SUNESYS agrees to waive any charges for the use of the fiber described in this Service Order, and for
the Service Order No. 2011-01 entered into by LICENSEE and SUNESYS,for all periods prior to March
1,2014.
