Dear Danielle,
This quotation is for a 24 month support and maintenance agreement. Systems &
Software (S&S) is pleased to present this quotation to the City of Redlands:
Background:
Redlands has requested a two year maintenance deal that will hold pricing firm
for two years moving forward. In addition we have increased the 2013 rate over
2012 by 2.25% versus the 4.5% allowed contractually to provide further savings.
Fixed 2013 Invoice Amount $ 137 878.74
Fixed 2014 Invoice Amount $ 137 878.74
Assumptions•
• Adherence to the annual S&S Software Support Program guidelines is
required (2013 document is attached).
• Redlands is committed to a minimum period of 24 months with S&S.

1. Payment Terms as follows:
a. 2013 Maintenance Immediately Upon Acceptance
b. 2014 Maintenance on January 1, 2014
2. This Quotation is valid for 30 days.
3. Annual Maintenance for any additional software that may be purchased during
the contract period will be billed separately, as incurred.
