FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
(CHANGE ORDER NO. 1)
This first amendment ("First Amendmetif 1, representing "Change Order No. I," to the
agreement dated March 31, 2011 (the "Agreement") entered into by the City of Redlands
("City"}and J. RDMMAC, Inc. (Contractor), is made this 27th day of June,2011.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of Contractor and City to amend Sections 2 and 3 of their
existing Agreement to provide for additional work for City's FIRE/POLICE TEMPORARY
FACILITIES EDISON SERVICES UPGRADE PROJECT (the "Project'), to increase
Contractor's compensation for such additional work,and to extend the time for completion of the
work;
NOW,THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, City and
Contractor agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Exhibit "A" of the Agreement, entitled "Scope of Services," is hereby
amended by the inclusion of additional rehabilitation work to be performed by Contractor for the
Project as shown in Exhibit"1,"attached to this First Amendment.
Section 2. Section 2 of the Agreement is hereby amended to increase the
Contractor's compensation by Six Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($6,475) to a
total of Thirty Five Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Dollars($35,260)and shall read as follows:
"2 The Contract Sum: City shall pay Contractor the sum of $35,260 as
consideration for performance of the Work in accordance wit the terms and
conditions set forth in the contact documents (as hereinafter defined) and
specifications for the City's FIRF/POLICE TEMPORARY FACILITIES
EDISON SERVICES UPGRADE PROJECT."
Section 3.. Section 3 of the Agreement is amended to read as fol laws:
643. Time for Completion: The 'Work shall be Completed within one
hundred fifty (150) calendar days from and after the date of delivery to
contractor of a written notice to proceed."
Section 4 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by the First
Amendment,and in effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Consultant and City have executed this First Amendment to
be effective as of June 27,2011.

TO:THE CITY OF REDLANDS, SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA herein called the
"Owner". Pursuant to and in compliance with all documents relating thereto, the undersigned bidder,
having familiarized themselves with the terms of the contract, the local conditions affecting the
performance of the contract and the cost of the work at the place where the work is to be done,and with
the plans thereto,hereby proposes and agrees to perform within the time stiputlmzd,the contract, including
