("Consultant")is made and entered into this 1,4 day of March, 2005.

WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant 10 amend their existing Agreeni=,for
Appraisal of Real Proptrty and Authorization to Complete Assessnical of Prospective Property
Acquisition for Recreadonal Purposes,dated February 15,2005 to change the scope ofsmices 10 be
provided by Consultant;
NOW,THEREFORE, the Agreement for Appraisal ofd props aW Authorizaiian to
Complete Ass essnient of Prospective Property Acquisitioll fDr Ptcyealionzil Nrposes b-erween City
and Consultant is hereby amended as follows:
Section . Attachment No. I ofthe Agreement is hereby deleted and a new attachment to the
Agreement identifying land to be apWwised shall read as follows-
