No. 4547 City of Redlands, California, submitting to the qualified
voters of the City of Redlands at a consolidated general
T.O.T. municipal election to be held on November 7, 1989, an
Measure ordinance to increase the Transient Occupancy Tax and the
calling of a general municipal election therefor, was
unanimously approved on motion of Councilmember DeMirjyn,
seconded by Councilmember Wormser.
Resolution Resolution No. 4548, a resolution of the City Council of
No. 4548 City of Redlands setting priorities for filing a written
argument regarding a City measure and directing the City
Argument and Attorney to prepare an impartial analysis, was
Analysis unanimously approved on motion of Councilmember DeMirjyn,
seconded by Councilmember Larson.
Claim On motion of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Council-
member Cunningham, Council unanimously found that the
claim of Wesley Golay in an unknown amount was not a
proper charge against the City and therefore was
rejected.
Claim On motion of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Council-
member Cunningham, Council unanimously found that the
claim of Mary Foreman in an unknown amount was not a
proper charge against the City and therefore was
rejected.
Contract On motion of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Council-
member Cunningham, Council unanimously approved the
RYGC public service contract between the City of Redlands, the
County of San Bernardino, the Presbytery of Riverside and
V the Redlands-Yucaipa Guidance Clinic Association which
will allow for the construction of additional office and
counseling space for the Redlands-Yucaipa Guidance
Clinic, Northside Counseling Facility.
Resolution Resolution No. 4531, a resolution of the City Council
No. 4531 of the City of Redlands setting the special tax for
emergency paramedic service, was unanimously adopted
Special Tax on motion of Councilmember Cunningham, seconded by
Councilmember Wormser.
Resolution Resolution No. 4533, a resolution of the City of Redlands
No. 4533 levying a special tax for the General Obligation Bond
Series, 1988 (Measure 0) for fiscal year 1989-90, was
Special Tax unanimously adopted on motion of Councilmember Larson,
seconded by Councilmember Cunningham.
