annexation, and which such canvass was made by said Board of
Trustees ,of said city pit the time provided for its regular meeting
next after the expiration of three days from and after the date
of such election; and
WM, -LEAS, thereupon, said board of Trustees caused a re -
cord of euch canvass to be made and entered upon its minutes in
all respects as provided by law; ant
WEEREAS, it appea,rs from the canvass of the said returns
of said election that a majority of all tAe votes cast in such
territory to be so annexed were in favor of such annexation; amnd

Redlands, do Ordain as follows: -
Section 1. That the annexation to the City of Redlands
of the territory herdinafter described by the electors in suLh
territory by their vote at an election held therein on March 15thi
1923, be and the same is hereby approved, and such territory is
hereby annexed to such city,
The territory so annexed to said city is situated in
San Bernardino County,State of CaliforniaV bounded and described
as follows, to -wit:

Redlando; three hundred ninety-five (395) feet northerly
of the north line of Olive Avenue and perpendicular ther�-
