RENTAL AGREEMENT
CITY OF REDLANDS AND BASEBALL FOR YOUTH
This Amendment, made and entered into this 15th day of April, 1997, by and been the Cit V U t
of Redlands, a municipal corporation, "Landlord" y V
("Landlord"), and Baseball for Youth ("Tenant"), shah ��`
supersede the previous Agreement dated December 3, 1996 with respect to the fallowing:
Landlord and Tenant shall negotiate field facilities ("Premises") by February 1st of each year of
this Agreement. For the 1997 term, Premises shall be defined as: Community Park, Freshman
Field A prior to 6:15 p.m. and Orangewood.
Executed on April 15. 1987 , at Redlands, California.
