A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
DETERMINING OUTSIDE CITY CASE (OSC) 20-51 IS CONSISTENT WITH
THE REDLANDS GENERAL PLAN AND THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY,
WELFARE AND BEST INTERESTS OF THE CITIZENS OF REDLANDS ARE
SERVED BY THE CONTINUED PROCESSING OF OSC 20-51
WHEREAS, Ramzi Dughman has filed an application for an Outside City Case
(OSC) No 20-51 with the City of Redlands for a water connection for the development of
a fuel station/car wash located at the southwest corner of Metone Boulevard and Crafton
Avenue (APN 0298-412-01-0000) m the uiuncorporated coininumty of Mentone, and
WHEREAS, Ramzi Duglnnan has concurrently applied for a pre -annexation agreement
with the Development Services Department,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 The City Council hereby determines that pursuant to CEQA Guidelines
section 15381 and 15096, the City Council is acting as a responsible agency under the California
Ennvironrental Quality Act and has considered the Mitgated Negative Declaration prepared by
the County of San Bernardino as lead agency
Section 2 The City Council hereby determines that OSC 20-51 is consistent with the
City of Redlands General Plan and the public health, safety, welfare and best interests of the
citizens of Redlands are served by the City's continued processing of the application, and
Section 3. The City Council hereby directs staff to prepare a pre -annexation
agreement for the southwest corner of Mentone Bouelvard and Crafton Avenue (APN 0298-
412-01-0000)
