Re: Continued Engagement of Best Best & Krieger LLP
Dear Mr. McHugh:
Best Best & Krieger LLP is pleased to continue to represent the City of Redlands
("Redlands"). Specifically, we will assist the City of Redlands on CEQA compliance issues
related to the Zanja Trail & Greenway Park Project. This letter constitutes our agreement setting
the terms of our representation.
Except to the above scope of our representation in this matter, the terms of our
representation are as set forth in our original engagement letter with Redlands. I will be
representing Redlands in this matter. Based on our special services agreement with Redlands,
my billing rate is $350.
We have checked the following names against our client index: Redlands Special
Services, City of Redlands, Redlands Conservancy and the County of San Bernardino. Based on
the conflict check performed for this matter it was determined that we have no existing conflicts.
Please review the list. If you do not tell us to the contrary, we will assume that this list is
complete and accurate. We request that you update this list for us if there are any changes in the
future.
If you have any questions or concerns about the terms of our representation, please
contact me. On a personal note, I would like to thank you for the opportunity to continue to
represent Redlands. I look forward to working with you.
