Re: Engagement of Best Fest & Krieger LLP
Dear Mr. McHugh:
Best Best & Krieger LLP is pleased to represent the City of Redlands regarding the
Redlands Fulfillment Center Project (the `'Project'). Both Sarah Owsowiti and 1 will be working
on the Project. My rate for this matter is $450 an hour and the rate for Ms. Owsowitr is $350 an
hour.
Except as to the above scope ol- our representation in this matter, the terms of our
representation are set forth in our original engagement letter.
