Dear Mayor Pat Gilbreath:
This is to confirm that the City of Redlands has retained Remcho,Johansen&
Purcell, LLP for ballot measure advice.
My hourly rate for this matter is$350. Other attorneys and paralegals are billed at
rates commensurate with their experience. Rates are subject to change on an annual basis. In
addition, we will bill for the customary out-of-pocket expenses for copying, telephone and
Facsimile, computer research, travel expenses,messenger services and the like. We will hill
monthly for fees and costs incurred in the prior month. We do not require an initial retainer, but
we do appreciate prompt payment of statements when presented.
State Bar rules require a written retainer agreement. if the foregoing is
:acceptable, please sign this letter where indicated and return it to me. I look forward to working
with you_
