This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of online
services agreement and order form ("Agreement") dated January 4, 2019 ("Agreement"), by and
between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and GovemmentJobs com, Inc.,
a California corporation doing business as NEOGOV ("NEOGOV"), is made and entered into this
5th day of May, 2020.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and NEOGOV to amend their existing Agreement,
more particularly described in Exhibit "A," "Order Form," which is attached hereto by reference,
and
NOW, THEREFORE, City and NEOGOV agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Exhibit "A" of the Agreement, titled "Order Form," is hereby amended to
authorize the additional services at the approved upon cost as identified in Exhibit "1," which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference
Section 2 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of May 5, 2020

2 The Effective Date This Order is made and entered into as of the date of Customer signature on this Order Document (the "Effective Date")
3 SaaS Subscription(s) Start Date. The Effective Date.
4. Billing Frequency Annual Net 30 from Customer receipt of NEOGOV invoice
5 Order of Precedence This Ordering Document shall take precedence in the event of direct conflict with the Services Agreement, applicable
Schedules, and Service Specifications.
6 Offer Validity This Order is valid for 30 days from the date of Customer receipt of this Ordenng Document unless extended by NEOGOV
