EXTENSION ENSIC LICENSE AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, the said parties entered into a certain agreement
10 dated November1922, whereby said Southern California Edison
11 Company granted c said second parties a license and permission
12 to use certainlauds owned by the first party in the County unt
13 dace Bernardino, State of California, Northeasterly of the City
14 of Redlands, along ; ha ; is known Mill Creek and between those
15 certain powerhouses owned and operated by first parte, mown as
16 Mill Creek Powerhouse and Mill Creek Powerhouses N . 2 and
s 17 No. 3, which lands are particularly described in said agreement,
