BETWEEN LOMA LINDA UNIVERSITY
AND THE CITY OF REDLANDS
That certain Subcontract between Loma Linda University and the City of Redlands
("Subcontractor"), dated February 17, 2009, which Subcontract relates to work performed pursuant to
Grant/Contract No. 0314-7133-01/W$IXWH-07-2-0105, to which Subcontract reference is hereby made
for all of the terms and conditions therein contained, is hereby amended in each of the following
particulars:
I. The Period of Performance end date of the Subcontract as set forth in Article 3 thereof is
hereby corrected to November 30,2009.
2. Except as modified hereby, all terms and conditions of said. Subcontract remain in full
force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each party hereto has caused this Amendment to be executed by its
duly authorized officer to be effective as of the last date of signature.
