HomeMy WebLinkAboutContracts & Agreements_28-1983_CCv0001.pdf A G R E E M E N T This Agreement, made and entered into this 28th day of June, 1983, by and between the City of Redlands, a Municipal Corpora- tion, organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City" and the Redlands Unified School District, P. O. Box 1008, Redlands, California, 92373, County of San Bernardino, State of California, hereinafter referred to as the "School District. " WITNESSETH: That the City Parks Department and the School District agree as follows: 1. The School District will finance the removal of all grapefruit trees from their property attached and jointly farmed by the City at the corner of Judson and San Bernardino Avenues. 2. The City Parks Department will continue to farm all remaining Valencia trees with no profit or loss to the School District. 3. The City Parks Department will maintain the unfarmed portion of the School District property free of weeds by the use of chemicals or disking at no cost to said District.
