THIS AGREEMENT, entered into on the 15th day of October, 1977,
by and between the CITY OF REDLANDS, a municipal corporation,
and ORANGELAND, LTD. , a limited partnership.
WHEREAS, a $50,000 balance remains of a commitment to pay $100 ,000
to the City to assist in the development of the County Museum site
known as "Orange Tree. "
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED that Oranqeland, Ltd. will
discharge the $50, 000 obligation by making payments of $13, 000
annually for three years, and $11,000 the fourth year, which is
equivalent to the annual payment made to San Bernardino County
by the City until such time as the contribution to the County
totals $50,000 .
Payments are to be made in accordance with the following schedule:
January, 1979 $ 13, 000
January, 1980 13, 000
January, 1981 13, 000
January, 1982 11, 000
$ 50 ,000
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this agreement
