Our proposal includes the following: • Remove/dispose of two(2)steel reaction wells • Supply/erect two replacement reaction wells,55'-0"diameter by l2'-V'deep,wall panels 4 -V wide by 12'-0"deep, 0.125 inches thick.FRP sheets(NSF)approved. neoprene washer.All fasteners should be 304 stainless steel and neop • Shop drawings 4-6 weeks after receipt of purchase order. • Begin work 8-10 weeks after approval of shop drawings. • Will do one clarifier at a time. • Service by Eimco representative four(4)days in two(2)separate tips. • Operation and maintenance manuals. Not included in our proposal: • Draining and washing down of clarifiers. • Removal/disposal of silt/sludge off tank floor. • Reaction well supports • Any other damaged items not specifically covered by this proposal. • Electrical work • Concrete work • Plant shutdown or flow by-passes We propose to perform all work for the amount of S 244,579.04•Payment tam shall he one hundred percent(100%)net cash upon completion Of each tank.We assuxne no retention will be held.One-year standard warranty on labor and equipment.Prices quoted are based upon receipt of a purchase order no later than April 1,2000.
