This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of a tracer
study and an operations plan update for the Horace Hinckley Water Treatment PIant
("Agreement") dated November 19, 2019 ("Agreement"), by and between the City of Redlands, a
municipal corporation ("City"), and Carollo Engineers, Inc ("Consultant"), is made and entered
into this 7th day of July, 2020
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend Article 3 2 of their existing
Agreement to change the name of the City's representative from former representative, Chris
Boatman, to the current representative, Rudolph S Chow, and
WHEREAS, it is also the desire of City and Consultant to amend Article 4 2 of their
existing Agreement to extend the date for termination of the Services to December 31, 2020,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Article 3 of the Agreement, titled "Responsibilities of City," is hereby
amended to read as follows
"3 2 City designates Rudolph S Chow, Municipal Utilities and Engineenng Department
Director, as City's representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person
shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receives information, interpret and define City's
policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services "
Section 2. Exhibit "B" of the Agreement, titled "Project Schedule," is hereby deleted
in its entirety and substituted with a new Exhibit "B" in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "1 "
Section 3 Section 4 2 of the Agreement, titled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows
"4 2 Consultant shall complete the Services by December 31, 2020, unless the Services
are terminated earlier as provided for herein "
Section 4. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of July 7, 2020
