SERVICES
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of
department organizational assessment and deployment study services ("Agreement") dated
September 3, 2019, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and
Citygate Associates, LLC ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 7th day of July, 2020
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend Article 3 2 of their existing
Agreement to change the name of City's representative from former representative Nathan Cooke,
to the current representative, Jim Topoleski, and
WHEREAS, it is also the desire of City and Consultant to amend Article 4 2 of their
existing Agreement to extend the date for termination of the Services to December 31, 2020,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Section 3 2 of the Agreement, titled "Responsibilities of City," is hereby
amended to read as follows
"3 2 City designates Jim Topoleski, Fire Chief, as City's representative with respect to
performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions,
receives information, interpret and define City's policies and decisions with respect to performance
of the Services "
Section 2 Section 4 2 of the Agreement, titled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows
"4 2 The term of this Agreement shall commence on its Effective Date and shall
termmate on December 31, 2020, unless terminated earlier as provided herein "
Section 3 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of July 7, 2020
