1. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor will furnish all materials and

Construction of street improvements at the intersection of
Citrus Avenue and Lincoln Street in the City of Redlands,
as shown on Plan F-1360 and as specified, all as a part of
Contract No. 22-9330-4230-A.

3 . TIME FOR COMPLETION: The work to be completed within forty-five
(45) work days from and after the date of the Notice to Proceed.
4 . CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The complete contract includes all of the

Agreement, Faithful Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bond, Plans

contract is hereby waived by said Surety.
