This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the deed or grant dated
from Thomas Arthur Hudson, Successor Trustee of the Hudson Survivor's
Trust, as to an undivided 44% interest and Thomas Arthur Hudson, Successor trustee of the
Hudson Family Trust, as to an undivided 56% interest, to the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City Council
of the City of Redlands pursuant to the authority conferred by Resolution No. 6756 of the City
Council of the City of Redlands adopted on September 3, 2005, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

Map recorded in Book 45, Paae 70 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County.

West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, In the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of

BEGINNING at the Southwest comer of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 8,
