ing along said centerline south 30 30' 15" east 119.87 feet to the inter-
section of said centerline with the centerline of 30 foot wide Mariposa
Drive; thence along said centerline of Mariposa Drive south 840 30' west
175.00 feet; thence north 50 30' west 302.09 feet to a point on the afore-
said centerline of Garden Street; thence along said centerline south 580 49'
east 226.76 feet to the point of beginning.
